All prices include linen, gas,electricity and VAT at 20 %. All prices are for up to six people in a six berth caravan, or four people in a four berth caravan.

TYPE 1 Very spacious 12′ wide, 3 bed caravan. One double bedroom. Two twin bedrooms. Lounge/ dining area and full kitchen facilities. (Six people max). Full central heating/ double glazed.

TYPE 1A   Very spacious 12′ wide, 3 bed caravan. One double bedroom. Two twin bedrooms. Lounge/ dining area and full kitchen facilities. (Six people max).Gas fire only.This is a Pet Friendly Carvan.

TYPE 2B   “NEW for 2012″  Luxury 12′ wide, two bedroom caravan.With Full Balcony and Seating Area. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Lounge/dining area. TV / DVD, shower/WC . Full central heating/ double glazed. ( 4 people max.)

TYPE 2  Very spacious 12′ wide caravan. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.Lounge/dining area Full kitchen facilities. TV. ,Shower/WC  Full central heating/ double glazed. (4 people max).

TYPE 3  10′ wide 2 bed caravan. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.Lounge/dining area.Full kitchen facilities (4 people max). Gas fire only.

ALL UNITS HAVE GAS COOKER, FRIDGE, KETTLE, MICROWAVE, COLOUR TV, SHOWER AND WC.

A non refundable deposit of £40.00 per week is required on all bookings.

The full amount payable on or before 21 days prior to arrival.

Dogs are welcome on the park in SOME holiday homes at a charge of £3.00 per night each.

A MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS PER UNIT ALLOWED.

Cot Hire is available @ £2.00 per night

PRICES INCLIUDE THE USE OF ALL FACILITIES.
