Terms & Conditions
Occupancy of holiday homes can be expected by 2.00pm on the day of arrival, but this is not guaranteed. Holiday Homes must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. All caravans must be left in clean and tidy condition. All breakages and damage must be reported.
No accommodation may be occupied by more than the number of persons
specified.
Provisional bookings are held for a period of six working days. Thereafter
they may be cancelled.
Visitors expected to arrived after 6.00pm, please notify reception.
DOGS: A maximum of two dogs allowed. Although welcome, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Fouling is to be removed by the owner whilst on the park.
Clothes lines are prohibited. Drying racks are provided in all hire caravans. The speed limit of 10 mph on the park must be observed. Kite flying is prohibited.
Parents are held responsible for actions of their children whilst on the park.
All visitors are required to observe reasonable noise levels at all times. Noisy groups or bad language will not be tolerated. Bookings from persons under 18 years and single-sex parties will not be accepted.
Cycling is strictly forbidden around the pool area. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to climb fences or gates.
The park owner will not in any way accept liability for persons or property of persons using the park facilities.
We reserve the right to alter or delete amenities or facilities or any part of the programme of activities either advertised or previously available with­out prior notice.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the park if the behavior of any member of the party is unacceptable to us.
